Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within this time frame will not incur any fees. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full consultation fee. Refunds: Refunds for prepaid consultations will be processed only if the cancellation complies with the terms above. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you must cancel due to an emergency, please contact us directly to discuss possible waivers or rescheduling options.
